The Devonshire neighborhood is a collection of approximately 750 homes bordered by Lovers Lane, Northwest Highway, Inwood Road, and the Dallas North Tollway. Many of the streets in Devonshire share the same names as streets in University Park because they were built at the same time. Later separated from University Park by the Dallas North Tollway, Devonshire offers a wide mix of charming original cottages, updated homes, and large, new homes. The tollway offers Devonshire residents quick access to downtown Dallas and the burgeoning Arts District.
