Lake Highlands
Just north of White Rock Lake with numerous parks, restaurants, and shopping, Lake Highlands is a neighborhood that appeals to many families moving closer into town. The outstanding schools which are in the Richardson School District are just a part of the appeal to this truly family-oriented neighborhood. Two major hospitals are minutes away and miles of paved bike and jogging trails (one trail leads all the way to White Rock Lake), Royal Oaks Country Club, and hidden creeks and ponds create a haven for the outdoor enthusiast. Lake Highlands is loosely defined as an area from Central Expressway and LBJ to just west of Jupiter Road and north of Northwest Highway.
